The National Referee Commission
are delighted to advise that Keith Merrick has successfully passed
his International A Referee Licence in Madagascar on Saturday
22 and Sunday 23 July.
The event was a huge challenge to
the African continent as they have never hosted a course of this
nature but ran well to enable the IJF Commission to observe all
22 candidates.
