British Judo selects 10-strong European u23 Championships team

A 10-strong British team has been selected for the European u23 Championships from 18-20 November in Tyumen, Russia.

Lewis Keeble and Nathon Burns will compete in the -66kg category while Danny Williams and Max Stewart take to the -73kg field.


2011 British Open silver medallist Lewis Keeble will compete in Russia

Theo Spalding-McIntosh will see -90kg action.

Kelly Edwards competes in the -48kg category while Jodie Mullen and Kate Walker take to the -63kg field.

Megan Fletcher fights at -70kg and Natalie Powell completes the selection at -78kg.

Joshua Butler, who campaigns at -100kg, has pulled out through injury.
