British Judo Performance
Director Daniel Lascau said: “This is my first time at the (Junior)
British Closed Championships and it’s been a good experience.
"With the girls I’ve
seen a lot of good throws, a lot of victories by ippon and fighting
spirit.
"The boys showed athleticism
and I’m very encouraged by all the performances. We are establishing
potential judoka for Rio in 2016 and I’m very happy with the junior
competitors.”
