2009 Awards Dinner tickets now available

The BJA Awards Dinner will be held on the evening of Saturday 19th September at the ICC, Birmingham. Don’t miss your chance to be at the event where the following awards will be presented:

Volunteer of the Year Award

Young Volunteer of the Year Award

Children’s Coach of the Year Award

Development-Participation Coach of the Year Award

Performance-Development Coach of the Year Award

High-Performance Coach of the Year Award

Junior Referee of the Year Award

Young Official of the Year Award

Senior Referee of the Year Award

Official of the Year Award

Club of the Year Award

Make a Difference Award

There will be eight player awards presented including the annual Players Player of the Year, Male and Female Senior Player of the Year and Male and Female Young Player of the Year

The Awards Dinner coincides with this year’s GB World Cup for men and women. The weekend is set to be bigger and better than ever, with the BJA Awards Dinner being a huge night in celebration of our players and volunteers. Winners will be announced soon.

The evening begins at 7pm with a drinks reception, followed by a 4-course sit down meal, with live entertainment plus a disco. Presentations will then take place, awarding the winning players and volunteers.

Tickets are available to buy at a cost of £40 per person. These are available from Nicola Turner at head office on nicolaturner@britishjudo.org.uk or 01509 631695. Alternatively reserving a table at the BJA Awards Dinner offers you the chance to enjoy a great night out with a group of friends/colleagues, whilst also celebrating the achievements of the key players and volunteers within British Judo.

A limited number of tickets and tables are available and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
