Colin Jackson gets to grips with British Judo's Paralympic squad

The Paralympics met the Olympics when Colin Jackson visited the British Judo VI players heading off to Athens this summer.

The former World and European hurdles champion, Colin Jackson visited the squad at Bisham Abbey this month and was shown some techniques by Simon Jackson, Ian Rose and Darren Kail.

Colin, who retired from athletics last year, will be part of the BBC team for the Paralympic Games, which take place in Athens in September. He was on the mat with the squad filming a feature for Grandstands "Road to Athens" series.
