All Midland Area Member
Clubs are hereby notified that due to their being insufficient
clubs to qualify for a quorum, as per the Midland Area Constitution,
at the Midland Area AGM, which took place on Saturday 7th May
2010 at the Holiday Express Hotel, Walsall, it is now necessary
to hold an EGM for the business of the meeting to be transacted.
No business shall be transacted at the meeting other than business
which might have been transacted at the meeting on Saturday 7th
May 2010.
There is the potential
that some members club were unaware of the date change, (from
Sunday 8th May to the Saturday 7th May) as it appears that the
old date appeared in a recent publication of Matside.
All of the officers reports
were placed on the area website prior to the meeting and no proposals
or nominations for election to the committee were received within
the appropriate notification period.
All Member clubs are
invited to attend.
