Beijing Paralympic bronze
medallist Sam Ingram will feature in the third instalment of T4’s
‘That Paralympic Show’.
The programme is part of
a 10-week series hosted by T4's Rick
Edwards and wheelchair basketball medalist and broadcaster Ade
Adepitan and will be shown on Saturday 11th September
at 1.25pm on Channel 4.
Sam Ingram won a silver
medal at the 2010 World Championships and trains in Ratho, Edinburgh
at JudoScotland’s National Training Centre, which is part of the
British Judo Performance Network.
His brother, Joe, was on
hand to help out, acting as his uke for the filming during a VI
Training Camp at the Performance Centre and talks about their
vision impairment and competing in 2012.
As well as following the
Sam and showing how tough he is on the mat, the programme will
also feature an epic rowing battle, Hollyoaks stars having a go
at blind football and the continuation of the presenter’s goalball
challenge.
