Dear Membership:
In view of the recent postal
strike we have decided to extend the closing date for the election
for the Board of Directors by one week - until 12:00 hrs
on Friday the 30th of October.
This decision was reached
after discussions with the Electoral Reform Services. They
are advising this course of action to clients with a closing date
of today.
Please be advised that
both the postal voting and electronic online voting system will
be extended until 12:00 hrs on the 30th of October.
This action will ensure
that anyone who wants to vote can be assured that their vote is
not lost due to mail delays.
