Due to the industrial action by postal workers licences may be delayed in the post. 

As in the past faxes and e-mails have been faked the BJA does not send e-mails or faxes as confirmation of membership.

We do have an online secure area where Tournament Controllers and Examiners can check on licence details of members.

We are advising members to contact grading and competition organisers to ensure they have access to this secure area and can check the validity of licences prior to attending their event.

• Access will only be given to Tournament Controllers who are qualified and are running BJA Tournament Licenced events. 
  

• Access will be given to Examiners who are arranging BJA Gradings.
  

• Coaches/club secretaries can apply for access to view the players which are registered at their club
